    CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISEMENTS BY MGN LTD AND / OR MIRRORAD LTD

    All Advertisements are accepted subject to the standard conditions laid down by the NPA and the following conditions.
    • The Proprietor (MGN) has the right to omit or suspend any ad where reasonably necessary without notice - but will endeavour to give such notice.
    • MGN excludes liability for any loss due to non-insertion or any errors in the advertisement.
    • All efforts will be made to meet the Advertiser's requirements but MGN reserves the right to hold over the publication of the Ad in designated paper and publish in a subsequent issue.
    • MGN reserves the right to alter any advertisement which it deems as not conforming to the self-imposed standards laid down.
    • The Advertiser is responsible for checking that the first insertion in a series of ads is published in accordance with their wishes.
    • The Proprietor is not obliged to cancel any Ad excluding spot and full colour or special positions unless verbal notice followed by written notice not less than 7 days prior to publication is given. Cancellation of Spot and full colour and editionising mono within 14 days of publication.
    • Pre-payment for advertisement is required unless credit has been approved.
    • Advertisements must not contravene any applicable law and comply with the British Code of Advertising practice.
    • The Advertiser will waive any claim or award (including legal costs) made against the Proprietor in connection with any Advertisement.
    • The Proprietor does not accept any liability for any loss including loss of profit arising from any breach of these conditions or from any negligence on the part of the Proprietor.
    The Proprietor reserves the right to alter these Conditions and endeavour to give notice to any Advertisers affected.
