The NPA Council and the NMA Board |

The Chief Executive Officer of the NMA reports to the Newspaper Publishers Association (NPA) Council. The NMA board is chaired by a member of the NPA Council.
The NMA Board is made up of:
- a non-executive chairman
- a representative from each stakeholder newspaper group
- up to two non-executive directors
- The NMA CEO and Company Secretary
