(Judging the Online Award) Steve brings over 15 years of experience to the world of advertising, and is one of the original partners at VCCP. Steve works across VCCP's key accounts including; Compare the Market, McDonalds, 5 Alive, Dyson, Jordans, O2, Coca Cola, Capri Sun, Standard Life, London 2012 Olympics and Very.co.uk.
His approach is simple: to create famous work that gets talked about. TV, digital, press, mobile; whatever. Stuff that people chat about over a pint; advertising with cultural currency. Campaigns that contribute to popular culture and make people love brands.
Steve was named number 1 Creative in Campaign's "10 Hottest New Media Creatives of 2000". In 2005, Steve made Campaign's 'Top 15 digital creatives list' as well as making Revolution's 50 Power List in 2007. In 2008 he made their top ten. His industry accolades include his work on BMW was the first ever 'e-ad' to be chosen as Campaign's "Pick of the Week", and also the best interactive ad of the year.
His work has been recognised by the D&AD, One Show, Campaign Big Awards, Clio, Cannes Lions, the Casies, SF Show, Adweek's Icon, Revolution, New Media Age, London International, the Andy Awards and the Lotus Awards.
